Automated Reporting (Power BI)
Problem
Reporting required repetitive manual work. Files had to be downloaded, copied, and combined every cycle, which made the process slow and error prone.
Action
Built an automated flow from email to dashboard using Power Query in Microsoft Excel and Power BI. Data was collected, cleaned, and structured in one connected pipeline.
Outcome
Reporting became a quick refresh instead of a manual task. Time effort dropped significantly and data was always up to date.
Process Presentation (SAP Fiori)
Problem
A one hour SAP Fiori sales and marketing workflow had to be presented. Slides were not effective, and the full process video was too long to use. Had to convert the video into presentation.
Action
Converted the long video into a presentation using multiple steps. Extracted key moments from the video using automated screenshots, cleaned them in bulk, and structured them into a step by step sequence using multiple softwares.
Outcome
Made a complex system easy to follow in a short time. The presentation was more engaging, easier to understand, and well received.
